We plan out meals and reheat some component of our meal.
But no headaches... my headaches tend to relate to my neck.
I’ve got some arthritis in my neck so I think mine are a combo of arthritis, fibromyalgia & stress

Most interesting question I’ve seen on MFT so far...probably find a lot if you google it. I remember reading to not eat day old rice and other carbs, can’t remember why. In mind they said there’s more histamines in it. Certain foods have more histamines. Would make for interesting study.🐳🐳🐳

I have headaches/migraines most days, i take Sumatriptan for them after i saw a pain management doc. I can't be without them. I don't tend to warm food up, so never thought about it. But i do take an antihistamine every day for allergies, excema, blocked nose, wich i get when i have a headache. And i usually have a painful neck when i have a headache. Dreaming gives me headaches too. Hope this is helpful. Oh also peopls perfume, i can't use it now. 🌈🌼

I heard histamines in reheated food causes side effects and allergic reactions. Look up MCAS Dont know Much about it but it’s interesting. 🤗

A lady I spoke to who suffers from Crohns Disease has the same problem so it makes me wonder if I have an underlying autoimmune disease aswepp as Fibro.
