Wow... that is a lot of coffee.
Because of it's caffeine content, too much coffee can cause high blood pressure, a precursor to heart disease, and can cause side effects like dizziness, shakiness, headache, or abnormal heartbeat.
Two to three eight-ounce cups per day is considered moderate; heavy coffee drinkers consume four cups or more daily.
Caffeine causes pain. I drink 1 cup in the morning now just recently with a sugar substitute. Then I drink a shake with turmeric and ginger root, carrots, celery, spinach, apples and bananas or some kind of fruit and a little oatmeal and water. Then in afternoon I have my ice coffee. Oh yeah and just recently went to almond milk as well. Try to cut down on the coffee hon. Try to drink water. Water good for you. Hugs and Prayers
My husband is addicted to coffee. If he does not get a cup first thing he gets headache. Sometimes he decides he is not going to drink it all day and his coffee head gets worse. You are probably addicted to and when you don't have a cup you get headaches due to withdrawal symptoms.
You could just try cutting it down slowly. I love coffee but to much of anything is bad for us x
Ok so to answer some questions, my fatigue is so bad. So i drink alot, i was a coffee drinker very young. But now i think i just need it more. My daughter has sleep issues and just my fatigue drives me insane. But i am not sure it does anything because im still tired. I suffer from chronic migraines and i am getting botox soon for them and sometjmes the coffee helps but i dont know if the coffee helps or hurts. I dorn drink dairy or eat sugar. So my diet is super strict. No carbs and etc cause i have ibs and diabetes as well. I take vitamins and i exercise and stuff. I woke up with a bad flare today. I also have like joint issues and like an issue with my spine which i sound like a zombie at this point lol but yea. Coffee is what i use to just get me going. But again, idk if its helping or hurting
Yes since I got off caffeine my muscles don’t feels as tight and sore.
