Muscle Spasms Causing Limbs To Jump.
A MyFibroTeam Member asked a question 💭

does anyone have muscle spasms that literally cause your arms and legs to involuntarily jump? As in if you're lying on a sofa and they spasm they literally lift off the sofa? And it's so tiring and painful I could cry and just want to sleep afterwards. It usually lasts for an hour or 2 at a time when it happens. My body shakes all over and my hands twitch and my arms and legs jump up and down.

The muscle spasm and trembling is an embarrassment in public .

I have twitching all over my whole body on/off. Mostly arms and legs, but I’ve felt them I’m my face, hands, stomach and back before.

I have that happen sometimes too, but not for 1-2 hrs. I’ve heard it’s myoclonic jerks. I’ll be lying still and my arm will just fling up.
