Does anyone else have problems with anger? Do you get angy fast?
When I'm in pain real bad I'm not a very nice person, but most of the time I smile and say I'm fine.
I never chose a state when I was signing up. So I think it defaulted to or I accidentally hit a key that brought it to Ossippe NH. Yes, we're from Northeast, but because of my husbands work we have lived across the country (and even abroad)!. I can't go in to change state. But we're in southwest now :)

I have been really struggling with anxiety lately and it seems to be making my pain worse. Is there any tips or info anyone has to help? Tia x
For Anziety I use Paxil 20mg daily. Trepiline helped me for 15 years of depression. I don't need that anymore.
I know there's many reasons for fibromyalgia but is Anxeity one of them?? Is there a correlation between anxeity and depression causing fibromyalgia 🙃😕
Hi no anxiety that is severe does cause fibromyalgia 👍I suffered from severe anxiety and I have developed fibromyalgia from anxiety so yeah 👍

My daughter-in-law has fibromyalgia and just started doing cryotherapy (cold therapy). She said it helps her a lot. I don’t think I could do it because I’m very cold sensitive due to fibromyalgia and hypothyroid and I tend to get itchy and red from the cold. Has anyone else ever tried this?
Oh my! Brrr 🥶
Who has used vitamin E liquid on their lady parts went in a flare? Has it worked or does it make matters worse?
I do also have an estrogen cream that definitely does help. But I don’t use it every night.
