Hi, still not great noticed that when I breathe in my chest aches and I feel it's quite a strain to breath in, throat seems to have got a bit better. Muscles around neck and left should ache today and I feel tired. I suppose it's about getting used to the symptoms I have been to Drs I have bloods taken all ok apart fr iron a bit low so now on iron tabs too. Thank you for asking hope everyone else isnt feeling too bad today? Xx

Any new symptoms go talk to your doctor about them good to always be sure it's your fibromyalgia. But it could be costchrontsis I get all the symptoms you are describing ... doctor put it down to my Fibro 😏
