Do bright lights from the sun or screens bother your eyes and your head?

Any artificial light bothers me - particularly screens from computer, tv, phone...Daylight isn't as bad. I have been on gabapentin recently and it has helped tremendously. Thus, I am back on the computer on my day off checking this site - haven't done that in weeks!

Defintely. My living room has blinds closed and room darkening curtains closed all the time. I always have sunglasses and I will wear them inside if I feel the need.
