Hi; first off sorry you are having a rough time finding a good Dr. I go to a pain management dr & my family Doc both great, my family doc recommended Vitamin B-"2." I have Cluster headaches & Vitamin D-"3" for pain, they both help a lot, I have been researching Tart Cherry tablets, which is supposed to fight inflammation & ease pain, I have to be very careful with what I can take due to being on Coumadin so all NSAIDS are off limits for me just like multivitamins because of the interaction with Coumadin, I've tried CBD pain relief cream, pain relief sprays, Salon pas patches & ointment with some relief but my trusty heat pad gives more relief, These are things that help me but always check with a Dr before taking any supplements!
