For the first time I experienced a jaw Spasm where i bite my tongue and had expressive dysphagia. I could talk properly for a minute.

It scared me greatly but I’ve neen told its apart of fibromyalgia

I wasn't sure whether that had anything to do with FM. Oh yes, I bit my tongue and the inside of my mouth more than once. I have TMJ and figured that's what causes that.

I get a lot of jaw pain too.. get random pain just about everywhere.. but do feel the jaw muscle slightly move when I get the pain
