Bevy💗... I take a magnesium supplement every day, a must for me. But the only topical thing that has helped me is Magnesium spray foam by Theraworx. It has to be the foam, the oil and cream didn’t help. It’s helped my neuropathy on my foot and calf from shingles. Our bodies absorb magnesium faster and more efficiently, topically. But ofcourse magnesium supplement daily. Use it every day. You can get this in drugstore or on line. Theraworx FOAM spray. I’ve tried many, and is is the only one that has helped. I hope you get some relief soon. Sending you big Monday hugs💗🦋💗, Love Deb. You have mail (take care of you first) Big hugs & love to Princess Reese, Scarlett and all🦋🌸💗!

I soak in the tub with Epson salt salt and warm water. While in there I pull my toes towards me. That stretches the back of your legs. If I am woke up in the middle of night with it hurting I just do the stretching in the bed. It seems to help me the most

I find my legs really start hurting when I'm without my magnesium .
Try upping your mag. intake. Also try upping your water intake .
Some of us , including myself, tend not to drink enough water.
And I urinate a lot when I drink more water and other fluids. Little Fibo gift that keeps on giving. Easy on the caffine . Just so you know, tea and some herbal teas as well have caffine. Gentle hugs
