I've found through trial and error that targeted stretching can help ease an awful lot of my fibro pain.. Say my ankles hurt (that "I'm stepping on a broken ankle" pain), then I'll stretch out my calves and the pain disappears. If my knees hurt--I stretch out my quads. My heck hurts--stretch my neck to the opposite side of the pain. And so forth--releasing the pull of the musicle on the area that hurts.
