I have / have had the tingling with pain included, so I feel you. It is difficult to deal with, the best thing is mindfulness exercises I think. I started taking Cymbalta a month and a half ago, and it made me feel better for a bit but then the pain is back (mine is mostly shooting, stabbing pain, random). Onward, with patience, hope you get some sleep. Cymbalta helped in that regard, with the Gabapentin (Neurontin).

Thanks, My muscle twitching is also acting up today, but my pokey goosebumps sensation wont fade. I didnt sleep much cause the sensation

The weather changes effect fibro so many different ways. To many different symptoms. The weather fronts effect me while they are coming could be days before but as soon as the front passes I can actually feel the pain, brain fog and fatigue slowly go away. Like today there is a front coming thru tonite into tomorrow. Going from high 80s today to high 60 tomorrow. I am very tight, stiff no energy just feel blah and Friday another front comes thru but this 1 with rain so we shall see how that 1 effects me. All are different. Hugs and Prayers
