Admittedly, I really haven't had much in the way of back problems. Nothing overly bothersome for the most part. Although weirdly, when I sleep on my right side in my bed my back hurts, but it goes away quickly. I was diagnosed 10 years ago. Suddenly in the last few days I'm getting pain right in the middle of my back. Like almost dead center spine. I do know when I touch the top of my back around the spine, it's very tender and hurts. Unfortunately my whole back hurts all the time, flare ups make it worse. There are several pressure points on your back, 4 just above you shoulders & anther 4 just above you hips. I also have arthritis in my lower back, so it hurts a lot if I stand or walk to much.

My back was never a problem but this last year that has changed. I wake up nightly from back pain when trying to roll over. Also, a sharp pain in the middle of my back. I also have a lot of pain in my sides

When I sleep and wake up on my back well I should say the pain wakes me up it is very hard to get myself out of bed. But normally it's my upper and lower back that ache like a toothache all the time. Feel better. Hugs and Prayers

I never had a real issue with back pain either - until recently. Other than I know I can't sleep on my right side in my bed. I will wake up with back pain trying to roll over too, but it was always gone by morning. I am getting the pain on my left side as well as in the middle. Kind of at the bottom of them rib.
