My stomach can no longer handle the 'usual' painkillers. My gastro doc suggested I take Tumeric instead. It's a natural anti-inflammatory and I've heard a number of doctors (written words) recommend it for fibro patients.

I don’t know what’s kind of meds you take but would something like Robaxin work? It’s an OTC muscle relaxer.

I already had a lot of pain with my back side all down my legs and feet hurt so much and with my Fibro all over and then I fell and hurt my right side in the shoulder area around bra area. It hurt so bad screamed out in pain when having to move. The pain doctor did nothingfor me but my main doctor’s PA gave me a medicine {rub on} that contains a across the counter medicine since I could not take any thing like because it would effect my stomach. It is Diclofenac Sodium Tropical Gel. You have to get the doctor to order it. It helps to take the deep pain get better for a while. God bless you and keep asking for His help especially at this terrible Time all over The world. Know you are loved!!!!

Rub volteren gel (prescription needed) in real well and then apply biofreeze (over the counter). Cover this area with a towel or blanket and rest a while. It does wonders for me. I hope the same for you.
