I already had a lot of pain with my back side all down my legs and feet hurt so much and with my Fibro all over and then I fell and hurt my right side in the shoulder area around bra area. Rub volteren gel (prescription needed) in real well and then apply biofreeze (over the counter). Cover this area with a towel or blanket and rest a while. It does wonders for me. I hope the same for you.
