Does CBD help with fatique as well as pain. Need some insight to what oithers do for fatique
I didn't notice any help with fatigue with CBD oil. Like OlgaR said, it's pretty much the opposite; more relaxing.
I have only found ONE thing that has helped my energy, and it has REALLY helped a lot. It took 2 1/2 years to work (it doesn't take that long for most), but there is a BIG difference...I can't run the quarter mile or anything ;), but I used to nap/lie down most of the day, and when this started to work, I quit lying down. Now, I don't spend the day running around, but I clean my house by working a little; then resting; working; resting, etc. I spend time at the computer now instead of lying down, which is a big improvement, and I can walk my dogs 1/2 mile a day! It's also helped the muscle pain.
The supplement is ATP (Adenosine Triphosphate), which is found in the body, so it's a natural substance (google it). I get it from my Dr's office, but when she ran out, I found plenty on Amazon. The brand I use is Dennison, and I say that because when she ran out, Amazon didn't have Dennison either at that time, and I tried another brand. I seemed to lose energy and muscle pains started getting worse after about 3 weeks. But, it may have been a flare-up. I just don't want to take chances.
Good luck!

Coffee helps me but I only drink 1or 2 cups a day. Some people it makes them hurt more but for me it just gets rid of the fatigue
I have found Keaton helps A LOT. It comes in capsules and powder. I like the powder I dump it in back of throat and swallow with water. Some say mix in a smoothie or. O.j.
yes I find it helps me sleep
reduces my pain.
In a round about way CBD helps ,,, I find the only thing to reduce my fatigue is actuall sleep which I know is as rare as a unicorn , But CBD is only thing that lets me rest properly ,,,not every night like i say its chasing rainbows and unicorns to get 8hrs but if i do wow do i feel great the next day , as far as energy
