Tinnitus
A MyFibroTeam Member asked a question 💭

Has anyone else experienced chronic tinnitus with their fibromyalgia? If so, have you found anything to relieve or eliminate it?

Day in and day out, both ears, for five years. One day I was fine, the next boom. Sometimes it’s so loud I can’t sleep.

Yes. I am seeing an auditory specialist for steadily declining hearing loss the new hearing aids have white noise that can be programmed at different decibels to drown out the ringing. I will be fitted for mine next year and I can't wait.

Off and on but I found a brown noise track on my stereo to be a godsend--I can sleep through it.
