yes I feel like I have variations of the flu all the time
like a virus, achy, pain, fatigue, degrees of functioning is
different daily, but always an issue...

hope you can rest if possible warm hugs to you..

Yes I feel like I have mild flu symptoms 24/7 it’s part of the new me. It’s nit as a full flair just kinda hangs around. I try to just ignore it and when it lets up a bit boy I feel the old self for a bit and WOW I get a burst.

That's actually how I describe fibromyalgia to other people. That it feels like I am coming down with something, like you are about to get the flu. It sucks but that is the classic sign of a flare in my opinion. :(
