For those of you who have been bed bound for years, how do you build up your strength to sit and stand for periods of time?

I’ve been to an acupuncturist 2 times in my life since I have this condition. Both times it affected my balance so bad it took months to be able to function again.

I go to an accupunture person for my back pain.It helps a lot.

I too suffer from osteoarthritis. Terrible back pain for which , so the docs say, there is nothing they can do. Have had many epidurals and facet blocks only one worked for a short time at this point in my fibro years back pain is a big problem for me and seems to kick up flare ups in my muscles and joints a bit frustrated that there is very little I can do for the pain🥰Deede hope your pain decreases and that you feel better.

As I have osteoarthritis and wear in the lumber part of my back I went to physio and got some exercises that help with those issues and also they seem to help with movement for my fibromyalgia. It's only stretching exercises but might be worth you talking to doctor? I cant do them on the floor as I struggle to get up as my knees dont seem to give the support to get me off the floor so I do my physio exercises on my bed.
