My doctor puts me on lovan 20mg for 5 days and switch to cymbalta 30mg and she said proced with cymbalta no need to wean off caus eits only 5 days with lovan 20mg. Any thoughts?just hesitant at the moment.
I only took cymbalta and had a very bad withdrawal from it. will never take that again. I ask my pharmacist he seems to know better than the drs!
Ok, for several years I have been having "charley horse" cramps on the upper left side of my stomach. I asked my dr and he just shook his head and said he didn't know what it was. These are very very annoying and would like an answer. Anyone else have this?
It could be a symptom of IBS If I don't take some kind of medicine regularly, it starts up and is very painful.
I was diagnosed with the fibro in May, although symptoms started much sooner. I feel pretty confident about this diagnosis, but here lately, I've been experiencing other symptoms. Has anyone ever been to a neurologist to rule out things like CFS or MS? I'm considering requesting a referral.
Yes. A neurologist was my first step in diagnosing fibro. He had to rule out lupus and MS, among other things. I HIGHLY recommend going to a GOOD neurologist
If you have had shingles in the past can this be a trigger for fibro.

I have never heard of it. Googled and found that my autonomic dysfunction may be related to fibromyalgia. Thanks for sharing.
I’ve recently switched from 60mg Cymbalta to 150mg Wellbutrin XL. The first 2 weeks I had bounds of energy, probably too much as I also wasn’t sleeping much. Now all of a sudden I feel like I was hit by a bus. All of my pain that I’ve barely felt since starting Cymbalta came back and I’m exhausted. I’m not sure if I just hit a wall after running around the last 2 weeks with all of that energy, or if maybe the Wellbutrin isn’t working for me?

Has anyone else developed eczema? I do hydrotherapy twice a week and am in my hot tub every day I'm not in a pool. I think the excess water has dried my skin out. I'm researching remedies. Someone suggested borage oil. I itch!
Zyrtec works Marvelously! The Generic at Dollar Tree is exactly the same. Oatmeal washes like Aveeno are quite soothing. Alpha Keri Oil is nice to keep moisture in. Cold compresses are helpful when… read more

Very disturbing. I took one 15 mg last night and I was awake and angry all night long. I am not taking this. Too bad for anyone that owns stock in this drug company. These for the majority are horrifying side effects.
