I discovered that my IBS was from Processed foods, hydrogenated oils, fatty foods, coke. My natural path is helpful telling me to eat no sooner than every three hours Because I have Gerd and gastritis. Also take a probiotic, a really good one like Klaire labs. Haven’t had an attack in years. And before I was having one every month, maybe every three weeks. I have to cook all my food mostly from scratch but I’ve gotten used to it and eat so healthy now. When I had a bad attack drinking red wine would stop it. It was amazing🤗

I gave up dairy now I an mostly vegan it’s helped a lot do organic veggies soups and salads...lentil beans and black eyed peas and white beans are good and do not cause gas like other beans ...if you do use protein use organic if can or wild caught salmon or cod fish...it really helps I also cut out sugars and artificial sweeteners maybe a bit of honey and stevia sometimes but I use apple cider vinegar for sweetness and dates which also help. Good luck the cooking is hard at first but it’s a good way to move and feel productive while helping your health 💜🦋💜🦋💜 it’s worth the effort wish I had just done it years ago...I also cut out a lot of carbs too ....I good pizza crust is cooked broccoli egg Parmesan cheese olive oil in food processor spread out on parchment paper on pizza pan bake until crispy on edges ...add toppings all the way to edges ...bake let cool a bit before cutting . I grate my own Parmesan cheese they add something to pre grated cheese I stay away from most all dairy but sometimes use..good wedged Parmesan, goat cheese, and tge good French yogurts in the little glass jars these are the only dairy products I am able to use in small amounts . They are not heavy ad do not have as much additives ect. This diet has been in the works for years playing around I do not drink coffee either...but I know everyone is dfferent but this has helped me a great deal.

I have been using digestive enzymes for years....it keeps had from developing, and your body absorbs more nutrients from the good you eat. I would not be caught without them. When you are young, your body makes enough enzymes to digest your food, but frequent antibiotic use, older age, etc, and your system is trying to work with very little enzymes, so this helps your digestion.
