Vitamin K, Osteoarthritis And Mobility Issues
A MyFibroTeam Member asked a question 💭

Has anyone been tested or even discussed vitamin K with a doctor? Appears to be an under-the-radar crucial facet to our mobility and osteoarthritis. I'm intrigued!!

I have to be very, very careful that I don't take in too much vit. K because I am taking Coumadin to thin my blood. And Vit. K thickens your blood.

Eating green leafy veggies are your best way to get vit K. Your body will take what it needs and send the rest out of your system. Too much vit K can cause clots in the vascular system. Don't take any vits without medical supervision. You can cause problems by taking too many suppliments.
