My pain is mostly neck/shoulders/upper back—and it is at its worst when I wake up, and throughout the morning. I am really needing a good, firm pillow and can’t seem to find one!! Anyone have any recommendations on brand and place to get one? Thanks for your help!

I recently found some touch screen gloves for reynaud's sufferers. I love mine. They are woven with copper throughout the glove so the entire finger works the touch screen and not just the tip. They come in regular all year weight and winter weight. They do run a tad large since they are men's sizes but they're wonderful. Check them out. Glider gloves.com.
Tanx for this suggestion, as I was wondering if any copper~type assistance would help!
Well, I pursued with the pharmacist about my concerns. Her response: “everyone gets freaked out reading about side effects. They don’t happen that often. If you’re worried, talk with your doctor.”… read more
Our doctor refuses to even consider any pain meds even though lots of people on this forum say that different ones help them. My son had negative reactions to Lyrica and Cymbalta. He needs to be able to function even just a little. We're still going to keep investigating new things, but just to help until I've found something.

They only last so long before I am asking for my dosage to be brought up. But my doctor said I am at the highest dose. I read that was false as… read more

Do y’all know anything about being gluten-free, to help fibro inflammation? And if so, any good foods?
So many gluten-free foods in supermarkets and available online. The safest way is to shop the outside of the supermarket as the fruit and vegetable aisles have so many anti inflammatory foods.

Hello: I would like to know if any of you are taking another approach besides medications? I have heard horrific things about the medications used to treat Fibromyalgia and choose not to take the risk. Please let me know if anyone has any success with any alternatives.
Thank you,
Robbin
Hi, I have not gone yet, but have heard that Salt bath Spas are great for us, and acupuncture! I could not use Lyrica, Gambapenten, ... bearing the Cymbalta/generic. for now...
