Can Anyone Recommend A Tempur-pedic Mattress For Fibromyalgia.
A MyFibroTeam Member asked a question 💭

I currently have an 11-year-old Rhapsody Tempur-pedic mattress that is started to sag so they offered a replacement, prorated, for a adapt medium or adapt medium hybrid. I tried them out in the store and they felt too soft I tried the pro adapt firm which felt better. Does anyone have experience with these mattresses for fibromyalgia

I don’t care for mine . Too hard to roll over and get out of . Like the vibrating aspect though

I second the sleep number. I can make it softer if I’m on my side. Just make sure it’s firm enough for you when it is maxed out at 100.
Also, I have one doctor that keeps telling me to sleep on the hard floor. I did this when I had severe SI joint pain (I only used an exercise mat for padding) and it was rough but actually helped.

It conforms to your body and when you want to move , it’s too hard to get out of the mold !
