My aches are deep and beneath the muscle- close to the bone. I really have to press hard to find the pain under my calves for example. If i squeeze my muscles they are generally pain free (although stiff). Can anyone else relate?

I also have sore wrists and ankles where I can’t locate the pain. Sometimes its a throbbing pain in thr ankles.
