Tingling In Hands And Feet
A MyFibroTeam Member asked a question 💭

Does anyone get fairly constant tingling in their hands and feet? It is usually better when I first wake up but once I stand and sit it becomes triggered for the entire day.

I get that, and numbness, and sometimes feels like a bug is skittering across my feet. Very annoying.

I have fibro over 10 years, but the neuropathy in hands feet legs has really gotten worse in the last year, my doctor just found deficient B12 vitamin, easy to reverse but perhaps permanent damage. Get a test for b12 asap

It comes and goes for me, different areas, but mostly hands and feet. I have had 2 numb toes on my left foot for about a month now. I have carpal tunnel in both wrists, so hands/wrists almost on daily. I don’t even mention it to the docs anymore. Other than throwing Gabapentin at me, or suggesting surgery on the wrists, there is not a lot they can do for it.
