Hello I had severe pain in my eye sockets. Been to opthmoligist eye sight perfect. I used a Biokinitis and she massaged my jaw and neck. That actually relieved the painful eye socket. Hope this helps.

yes and yes. My pain is from all of my muscles being so tight everywhere, including my face. Some days it is much worse. Inflammation can play a role too.

I am very fortunate to only have problems with milk products in my throat but no real allergies. Sorry you have to deal with that on top of fibromyalgia :(
