I am having extreme tightness and pain in my pectoral muscle regions on both sides of my chest. It is extremely uncomfortable. It feels as if I have bench pressed 1000 pounds but if course I have done norhing! I am wondering if others suffer from this and any remedies that may help. Thank you.
Costocondritus is usually in the breast bone where the ribs attach and not in the pecs per se. Have you tried bench pressing or working those pecs to see if weight lifting can fatigue them enough to relax ? thats a new trick i learned

Sounds like Costochondritis it is a condition that you can get with Fibromyalgia that affects your ribcage back and front, sternum and it can affect your breasts, also makes it hard to breathe at times, very painful when wearing a bra.
I also have this condition and unfortunately there isn't anything that you can take for it, only the medication that you are getting for treating Fibromyalgia.
