I take My Soul CBD oil 16.7mg under my tongue 3 times a day at 9 am, 1pm and 9pm. Its THC free. Im loving it so far. My only other med is toprimate 200mg for seizures. Its working wonders for my anxiety.

I tried other brands with THC and had a very bad reaction. Felt more anxiety was up all night etc.

With this brand i just feel normal, i sleep well but not sleepy or over tired. Its refreshing

It worked for me within 30 minutes of the first dose.. but for some, it can take longer..up to 2 hours for the full effect.
