Does Your Skin Feel Tight?
A MyFibroTeam Member asked a question 💭

One of my worst ( if not the worst) symptom I have is a feeling like my skin is so tight all over my body . It's like my skin has shrunk, and it is in incredibly painful.....especially my hands and legs. Does anyone else have this symptom with their Fibromyalgia?

I am sad to see that others also feel the tight skin. It woukd be grest though if we could figue out why sone of us are experiencing. A good example is when I try and bend my fingers down towards my palms it feels as if my hand is too big for the skin that is covering it

That is exactly how my hand feels Cindy. My feet are different story it's so much pressure as well as the tightness in the ankles you can actually see where the tightness begins on my foot. It's like an Ace bandage of tightness it's crazy.

I do get really tight skin around my calf’s and ankles too

I thought it was due to medication to start with but I see I’m not alone with this problem
