Try not to overly lock your joints. For example, when standing try not to lock ur knees back as it adds to the pain over time. Its being aware that your joints go further than they should so try not to let them fully lock. Hard to explain lol

@A MyFibroTeam Member Unfortunately not much. Used to take Naproxen but unable to do so now due to CKD and prednisolone which I'm taking to keep my Kidneys functioning reasonably ok.

Yes! Joint hypermobility was one of the first things I was diagnosed with before Fibro. As a consequence I also have a Mitral valve prolapse.
