I started an experiment on myself today! My fibro really became active about 5 years ago when I stopped taking any antidepressants. I have probably had fibro for over 25 years starting with epstein barr and mono.

dont be afraid ,, everyone is here for you ,, look at it this way ,, the prozac wont make it any worse ,, it can only get better or be the same but hopefully better ,,, get out of your head if you can focucs on cleaning out a drawer in the kitchen or folding laundry ,,, some simple task that will turn your focus away ,, even a little game on your phone,, oddly i found angry birds an incredible tool when i was at my worst panic wise,, it made me focus on launching those little birdies,,, i also have a card game on my phone that i use ,, any trick to get outside your head

Try not to be afraid of cbd, it is all natural and non psychoactive, unlike THC. CBD can be a huge help for so many people, including myself. There are also some amazing medicinal Cannibis that helps physically and mentally, i couldnt be without it. !!!

I have had fibromyalgia for 14 years now. I also had glandular fever, EBV at 16, undiagnosed and untreated. Then I got Ross River virus. I believe viruses damage the nervous system and anti depressant etc just block, numb but don't heal the nerves etc. I really recommend magnesium, Tai Chi and warm water therapy.
