Is anyone else having any pains in the back of their head and neck. Then numbness in their right arm?
fibromyalgia has so many weird things. I have had pains in the back of my head and in my neck. it is good to stretch your head to the right and to the left very gently and very slowly. do not move your head in a circle, not good for you. gentle stretches. could be tight muscles too. i have numbness in many places, lips, face. hands, and feet, left leg. i find stretching to be helpful and keep your body warm when you are cold.
Lots of shoulder pain on left side that radiates down my arm. It is my vertabra #2 which gets twisted out of alignment and pushes on nerves and my throat. I have no disc left between 1 & 2 so I am bone on bone. The chiropractor can get it back in place sometimes, but it pops back out as soon as I turn my head driving home. Super painful and that's where most of my pain comes from. Hurts much worse than my buldged disc lower in my back. Gives me migraines too. Maybe that's why I think my fibro pain has improved. I have another pain hogging the attention. 🤔

I had that about a year ago, and it turned out to be a pinched nerve in my neck.
