You have to get rid of the carbs. Seriously no matter what anyone tells you. NO CARBS.
I had that problem until I started eating very small amounts of food every 2 to 3 hours. It helps me keep within the range.
I take Berberine 500 mg 3x/day, check with your dr first. This is as strong as prescription medication to lower blood sugar levels based on research I have seen. This is also an anti inflammatory. I also have Stage 4 cancer and take this as it is believed to have anti cancer effects.
Stay away from sugar, rice , potatoes & bread it’s called KETO diet. All those starches turn into sugar. Aminos in black emperor rice help alleviate pain. I cook with Vegs stir fry’s but no pork. Add one tbsp olive oil fresh garlic, fresh ginger, 1/2 tsp turmeric, 1/2 tsp black pepper, 1/2 tsp cayenne. I add to all my soups, stews, sauces, & stir frys after cooked I add half cup mango or papaya or pineapple.
