I have that exact same symptoms in my knees and everything!

Please get checked for Ostio,that is how mine started.Also get your Dr to check your ANA,as well as eveything eles that might cause this pain.

I get that tightness on my lower leg. Usually feels like it’s in mid spasm. There are tender spots on my calf and foot. It feels like muscle tightness. I’ve had massages done and they can feel the knots. had X-rays done but of course they show nothing. I’ve had it for almost two months now. It hurts around my knee as well and I do get pain in my thigh. My fibro symptoms will last in the same areas for quite some time so I’ll get it checked soon if it doesn’t go away.

Sounds like it could be a spasm but to be on the safe side I would recommend you see a Doctor to get your leg checked out and run some tests just to be on the safe side.
