I take it only as needed and it is the only thing that will calm down the pain and restlessness I feel, I know that is not the recommendation but it is what works for me.

I put on a lot of weight, over 60 lb. I am now off Lyrica which put so much weight on me. I went off of it because I had severe diarrhea in the time I was on it but kept gaining a lot of weight. I thought I would have lost a lot of weight as it sounded like a river going through my stomach as well as my food and drink was not staying in me. I am now trying to get the weight off but it is very stubborn. It went on real fast, all of it in my stomach region. I am very frustrated as I am not used to carrying this kind of weight and my normal weight was 135 lb.

Since being on Abilify.
I am now on Rexalti and have been attending gentle yoga classes but that is all I can do.

How do I taper of this medication??

I was prescribed on it but never really took it do you take it mostly at night?
