I have most of the symptoms you’ve listed, and I also have terrible health anxiety. Fibro has made it so much worse because of all of the crazy things it makes you feel. I just recently started seeing a counselor due to my anxiety because it’s gotten so out of hand. Hang in there and know you are certainly not alone in this. Praying you get some answers and some relief soon!

I was feeling slight numbness in my left hand so they then sent me to a sports medicine Doctor Who discovered slight nerve compression in my left elbow and I am now with a hand specialist because I am also having severe risk pain on my left side but eight MRI showed a bone bruise. Fact is I’ve been looked at by some of the best doctors in the world or at least in the United States when it comes to conditions that are fatal. The last neurologist I went to see was on December 6 in general neurology because my neuromuscular neurologist told me I could no longer come and see her. He said my exam was exquisite and that he sees many people all the time they have all types of weird symptoms including twitching and it’s nothing to worry about. While at Mayo clinic, I was told I have something called centralize sensitivity syndrome which is basically where your brain gets so wired up that it causes your central nervous system to be ultra sensitive and do all kinds of weird things . To this day I still have times where I feel OK and then times where I feel like I might be dying. It’s a horrible way to live. Like you I have extreme health anxiety and also had a very Trumatic event happened 10 years ago. My dad killed himself in our house on Christmas night and ever since then I’ve never been the same. After I had kids my anxiety increased because I constantly was reminded of what my dad did to me by killing himself and I just always think about how horrible would be To die of something Trumatic and traumatize my children which increases my anxiety exponentially. Health anxiety is no joke I’m very sorry you were going through this please know you are not alone and there are a lot of people on this board who have gone down the same horrible path you’re on now. The best piece of advice I can give to you comes from that cognitive behavioral therapy book. If you’ve been seen by doctors and all your tests are coming back normal you have to believe that. You also have to know that the diseases you’re concerned about our very very rare so sometimes you have to take a step back and even as scary as it is look at it through their lens all your tests are normal And it’s a rare disease. I hope my information that I’m giving to you helps and big hugs to you

I’m currently on month two of muscle twitching. It’s very frustrating and can be alarming. I recently saw a neurologist and had the nerve study done, came back normal. I’ve been talking to a couple of people that are experiencing this exact same thing. Apparently it is a symptom of fibromyalgia.

Hi, I have all of those things except for the LPR. I know it can be scary but try to remember that all of your tests were normal- that is very reassuring!
