I wear Bali bras that don't have any underwire and I find that they make a big difference :)

Look online for a company named True. They sell different styles of bras that are made from very soft material and I love them. Maybe they will help you. O and by the way , they do not have underwires.

Every woman that I've met and I can't stand our bras. When I'm flaring I can barely stand to wear clothing as well. I have mostly soft bras - had to get rid of underwires.

Sounds like you have Costochondritis I have that pain in my rib cage back and front, as well as breast pain.
Bras are a real problem I do get railroad tracks from wearing them.

Hopefully you will find a comfortable bra because I certainly haven't and have to keep adjusting straps all the time.

Im the exact same. Normal bras kill my shoulders and give me neck pain. And when i wear a sports bra my breast bones ache. Sometime to the point i feel like ive been booted in that area x
