Yes, my whole body has spasms. Mostly at night when I get in bed at night when I’m trying to relax. It makes me feel like I need to stretch every limb, my back, I twist and flop. It’s almost uncomfortable. I understand 😢

Yes I have had back spasms they're very painful indeed unfortunately it is all part of fibromyalgia.

Don't seem to have them as frequently thank goodness.

Someone told me to eat dill pickles and I do it seems to work, occasionally I get cramps in my feet and toes.

Fibromyalgia has so many symptoms it is hard to keep up with them all.

Yes, I get that too. My whole body gets stiff at night as well. I feel like I need to stretch so I do. I get a lot of pain when first getting out of bed too and if I sit or stand for too long.
