Tingling Sensation

Does anyone get a pin and needle sensation in their toes, feet, arms, hands, and fingers? It goes away for like 5 minutes, comes back for like 2 and is just very sporadic but so annoying! I’ve also been having a headache similar to the feel of a tension headache.

I haven’t found anything. I’m on lyrica Pregabalin it has decreased it. It hasn’t stopped all together. Mine is worse with certain foods.
