Does anyone else have leg and lower back pain ,especially when standing too long ,i got a feeling like all my bones in my legs hurt

@MyFibroTeam users... See your rheumatologist & ask for a prescription cream/gel called Diclofenac. You can rub it anywhere you have pain. It has to be mixed by the pharmacist.

My pain is the most concentrated in my legs, sometimes it's muscle pain and sometimes it feels like bone pain when it's really severe. Sometimes it's so bad I need crutches

Fibro pain is one day here, one day there ! See your rheumatologist & ask for a muscle relaxant (Tizanidine). I take it at night with Vitamin D & magnesium. Helps me a lot & able to sleep thru the night. 😊😊😊

Yes, yes and yes..My back hurts, my hips hurt, my legs hurt. Sometimes it is at the same time and others it is one or the other. I also have numbness and tingling that come and go and twitching if I am really in pain. Anyone one else have all of that?
