So I'm in medication for the fibro but I was wondering if stuff like acupuncture, hot stone massages, cupping therapy etc actually works. Never tried homeothopy (I think that's the right word) or any natural remedies so wanted to ask you all if it's worth looking into/doing
Also stay away from sugar. Eat good quality foods most 90% of the time. Get good oils in you omega3 salmon, olive oil, avacado, coconut oil. Un-oiled nuts, like walnuts and pecans.
I love coconut water non sweetened.
Drink lots of water.
Hi there. I can honestly say I’ve tried EVERYTHING! I love doing things. The natural way. I found things like juicing , Pool therapy , fasting at times while cleaning, eating healthier and lots and lots of hot baths help along with other things. I try to stay away from the pills after 10 yrs or trying them all. To me a regular massage is so painful. But I like the sound of hot stone massage. The only thing I never tried is acupuncture.
I have acupuncture once a week and it definitely has helped. :)
Yes, they do work. I have regular massage and acupuncture. They help me a lot. Staying off of sugar is definitely needed, along with processed foods. Eat natural as much as you can.
I agree with Natalia, pool therapy and hot Epsom salt baths help quite a bit.
