Rash After Exercise
A MyFibroTeam Member asked a question 💭

The past two days Ive gone for a run to try to keep off the extra holiday weight and i noticed a large red rash develops on various parts of my body. Particularly on my chest, stomach, and uper arms, as well as on my arm where i had my phone holder strapped on. It does not hurt or itch, just weird. It persists hours after i finish my workout. Not sure if this is fibro related or not?

I have learn to be my own advocate and I have found a great doc that listens.I don't think that you necessarily have to have psoriasis to have psoriatic arthritis.I could be wrong.I think it affects each person differently.Like fibro does.

Its definitely not that. I dont have psoriasis either. Im 22 yr old and ive already been tested for arthritis. Thank you though! I actually dont have a rheumatologist, i just see my PCP but i have found that most docs ive seen dont know alot about fibro and have way too many sypmtoms to mention at a single doc appt :( its frustrating
