So one of my biggest symptoms has been IBS. Im currently waiting for a colonoscopy and up until recently i have had more constipation than loose stools. Howerver i have changed my job recently from a desk job to one that involves alot of walking and now every day my stools are loose except after a day off. Is there any link between this does anybody know? Or has anybody else had a similar experience?
IBS unfortunately is part of Fibromyalgia symptoms you should see your Doctor if there is any kind of antidiarrheal medication that you can take that won't be to damaging to your system because you need to take them everyday.
Hopefully you will find something that will help you get through your work day.

Unfortunately the IBS is a symptom of the fibro I have lactose medicine & laxative for when Iβm constipated it help a bit but I do have days when I get bad pains and lose stools , stress is a big part of IBS so try and learn to relax , and you will have to tell your family how your feeling, try and get one of your parents to come with you to the doctors so you can tell the doctor how your feeling, and maybe the doctor can help explain things to your parent, but itβs not your fault so donβt beat yourself up about it . X
Maybe because of the extra moving around thats loosened your bowels. But definitely get a drs diagnosis. Get well soon.
