Sleep helps:melatonin, lavender and Epsom salts bath, rice heat pads, praying, worship instrumental's, dark curtains, good bed, sleep study for sleep disorders! Nighty night tea also!
There are some herbal remedies that can helo. Valerian root is one of them. Also rubbing lavender oil on your skin is very relaxing. Sometimes though insomnia is caused by sleep apnea. It probably would be a good idea to have a sleep study done. I have severe sleep apnea myself
Ive never taken anything stronger than melatonin unless i am in pain. Then the Tylenol 3s help me some times. But what really works for me is a magic bag. I microwave it oh high for 2-3 minutes and just hugging that will put me to sleep like a baby. Give it a try and see if it works for you too. Another sure thing is cannabis.
If you have ever tried hot tea, there are many available. I tried one and it helped a great deal. Just one option . Good luck!
Sorry about that...a magic bag is like a rice bag but i believe it has flax on the inside. (A cloth bag with rice/flax sewn shut.) I found mine in the pharmacy section at Walmart.
