I was exactly the same with it. To be honest everything they have given me has stopped working after a few months . It ended up I was taking 800mg of Tramadol a day and it still wasn’t doing anything. I’m now on nothing at all because the pain was the same when I was putting all sorts in to my body

I am an it as well. Sometimes if a medication stop working, you can stop taking it for several days and then start again. If you are taking a higher dosage, be sure to taper off and upon restarting increase the dise slowly, as your tolerance will be changed. Please, Make sure that you speak to your a doctor about this before doing it though because any meds they give you may actually be treating symptoms that will send you into a horrible flare when stopped. I have been on amitriptylene for a couple of years and it has completely changed my sleep! I am so thankful that I now usually get at least seven hours of noninterrupted sleep! A few months ago, I was starting to get up at 4:30-5 and I was so worried that the amitriptylene was not working anymore but I am so happy to report my sleeping has gone back to the 7/8 hours each night!! I don’t know what I’ll do if it stops working? The thought of going back to 2-3 hours of sleep at a time scares the crap out of me! Of course my symptoms have gotten much worse over the years so I’m not sure how I’d survive with this much pain and so little sleep! Good luck to you and hopefully it starts working again for you!!
