A MyFibroTeam Member asked a question đź’

Hi! I'm being followed for possible lupus (to go with my fibro), but I read (on the link below) that people with fibro also can get a lacy type rash from sun exposure, and not just people with lupus. Anybody else get this? Here's a link for more info. http://www.patienthelp.org/diseases-conditions/...

Success With Neurologist?
A MyFibroTeam Member asked a question đź’

The Rheumatologist in my medical group doesn't treat FMS, as it's no longer considered an autoimmune… read more

Has Avoiding Nightshades Worked For You?
A MyFibroTeam Member asked a question đź’

I have started a nightshade elimination diet a week ago, and despite some painful days after being active, there seemed to be a positive change. A week doesn't give me any sure conclusions, but had less heartburn, fog, and arthritis. Last night a roommate made oxtail soup, and I asked him if it had any nightshades and he said no. After eating a good bit of it he mentioned the peppers he used and I realized my diet regimen was blown
Today my back is completely stiff and arthritic and… read more

I went almost two weeks with jaw and ear pain.
It’s an awful feeling of helplessness. I did use Advil and Tylenol (using the hopscotch method). It would ease the pain for a few hours.

How Does Everyone Get Through Your Day To Day Routine?
A MyFibroTeam Member asked a question đź’

Besides the obvious “I have to”, how does everyone make it through the day when it comes to living life? There are some days I’m in so much pain idk how I can do it.
