In the last 6 months I have been experiencing the muscles in my neck being on fire and feels like it is hard to hold my head up. Another instance I have muscle pain in my upper arm like I pulled a muscle and can hardly use that arm for a day or so. Now I have stepped off a step and when I landed on my right leg shooting pain went up my leg. I could hardly walk, bend my knee. After a couple days of advil and rest the pain goes away.
