Does Anyone Still Dye There Hair With Scalp Pain
A MyFibroTeam Member asked a question 💭

I have had burning scalp for 8 months and its driving me crazy. I want to dye my hair but so afraid it will all fall out. No one can give me any answers so scared to even try. The pain comes and goes all day everyday. Can anyone help with any answers o rf does anyone use anything to help with the burning scalp pain.

If there's pain, then chemicals are probably not the best idea. But ultimately its up to you if you want to try. I have started to show signs of being sensitive to harsh chemicals. So I may be a bit more cautious. Maybe do a bit on the underside of your hair towards the scalp just to see.

I deal with scalp and facial pain along with very irritated scalp. I color my hair still. I use a wash out type of hair color. One that
At about 30 days. I use a shampoo with the least amount of chemicals and try to be careful with all hair products. I have also used ACV in the shower to calm my scalp. It's so weird there's no dandruff or rough skin, scalp looks fine. I am also losing my hair.😫

I don’t. I switched to foils. Don’t have to do them but 2 or 3 times a year so I only go to the salon 3 or 4 times a year.
