I do get a lot of stomach issues whenever I take tramadol, I can feel really nauseas and have a hard time eating. I still take it sometimes when the pain is really bad and I need a break.

Ive been using tramadol every day since 2010 and, touch wood, havent developed ulcers. However Im dependent on it. Nothing else helps the pain but what Ive discovered is that when I do Banting and moderate exercise, my pain is cut in half and I use less tramadol i.e. instead of 200 mg per day I get by with 100mg.
Nowadays even moderate exercise ( when including light weights) leaves me fatigued and painful for about 3 days after. So Im looking at aqua aerobics which is much gentler.

Mine is 50mg. I took everyday for 2 years. Now I just take when I really need to and they seem to work better
