Meralgia Paresthetica/Numbness In The Thigh
A MyFibroTeam Member asked a question 💭

Does anyone experience this when standing for a short period of time in one area like when waiting in a queue? My whole thigh goes numb and have to smack, rub and move my leg a bit until it goes away temporarily. Usually it happens in my right thigh, but tonight it was the left one.

I do get muscle twitching in both thighs not sure if it is related to it.

@A MyFibroTeam Member, magnesium is something that has to build up. It also works better the longer you take it. I've been taking it for over a year and I have a lot less cramping in my feet and joints than I did before.

Dr put me on magnesium for the twitching and jerking in my hands and legs. Does help some

Mine never went numb, but I have had trouble standing in line for years. Part of the reason I ride the carts because when I get to the cash register, I can't stand in line. Very painful for me.

@A MyFibroTeam Member @A MyFibroTeam Member Thanks least it isn't just me, it is quite annoying wish there was a fix for it besides sitting or lying down as I get tired of doing that all the time.
