I'm wondering if I had the money should I get a massage, got to the chiropractor, start taking yoga or get accupuncture.what works best for you and why
For me Chiropractic....band palates....and craniosacral therapy and massage...as well as a walk...and for pain massage cbd hemp oil and I'm pretty stable....except for flares due to diet or weather or stress...
The chiropractor and massages have helped me out so much! Like I couldn’t get by without either. My fibro causes so much pain in my neck and back because my muscles get very tense after using them for a bit. When I’m in a flare my back is so tense and tender that I can hardly move. The tender spots literally become like big uncomfortable knots. The massage helps tremendously to relax my body, relieve some stress and loosen up those knots. Then chiropractor is able to pop my neck and back and get out all the bad kinks I couldn’t myself. That alone relieves so much pressure from my neck and back too. The chiropractor office I go to, also does the massages. My insurance covers it so yours might as well.
I’ve read great things about acupuncture for fibro and want to give that a try.
Unfortunately my insurance doesn't cover massage or chiropractor. But I know of a chiropractor that only charges 30. And a massage place that your first time is 30. I'm thinking about doing that today. The pain medication is not cutting it. But they also won't put me on the dose that works for me. So there's that. But either way i feel that a massage a an adjustment will help
Okay, SO sorry, but I think in spurts. Many hospitals and senior centers offer free or $5 a session yoga and for the senior center classes, you don’t have to be a certain age. Essential Yoga offers scholarships for free yoga based on need in your area. Here’s another one that both you AND your son could do together, it’s donation based and in the park...

Also, do you have any health insurance and, if so, does it cover the chiropractor? Often, you can find one with a masseuse in their office and insurance will pay. That gives you two of the items on your list.
